People Who Fail to Use Pedestrian Bridges Punished Severely in Lagos (PHOTOS)

See the horrible way officials treated pedestrians who failed to use the pedestrian bridges. Officials were pictured arresting people in different areas in Lagos who failed to use pedestrian bridges when crossing highways and major roads in Lagos. Is this acceptable or abuse of power?

Poster do u want them to die than dis treatment? Wat was d over head bridge meant for? They shld even arrest them and imprison them for one month then next time, they know where d bridge is.
